Terms & Conditions

1. This e-voucher is for room and amenities for TWO (2)persons only, valid for one (1) night stay. No meals are included for thispromotional voucher.

2. Room reservations must be made minimum SEVEN (7) days inadvance; e-voucher number or code must be provided during room booking. Roomsare subject to availability.

3. A print-out or screenshot of the redeemed e-voucher mustbe presented upon check-in, and must match the voucher number used during booking. The Resort reserves the right to refuse check-in if the printede-voucher is not presented upon check-in.

4. A surcharge of RM150nett per room per night is applicable between 12th to 19th February 2021,and between 13th to 16th May 2021.

5. All surcharges must be paid upon completion of room booking, via a secure online paymentcollection link (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Alipay, WeChatPay &UnionPay accepted).

6. Once confirmed, booking cannot be amended. E-voucher used for the booking willalso be voided in the case of no show.

7. Validity period of e-voucher may be extended only in thecase that a government mandated travel ban or restriction is imposed by theMalaysian Government, and/or as extended from time to time. The appropriate period of the mandated travel ban/restriction shall be applied onto the preceding validity period of the e-voucher. Lexis Hotel Group reserves the rights to change, modify, or amend the conditions here in at any time withoutprior notice.

8. All rates and surcharges are nett. Not withstanding the above, the Hotel/Resort reserves the rights to revise the room rates quoted here in should there be a revision and/or imposition of new tax/levy by the government. Such tax/levy shall be borne by the guest and collected upon check-in.

9. This e-voucher is not refundable and not redeemable forcash.

10. Lexis Hotel Group and its subsidiaries shall not be held responsible for the loss of the evoucher and any losses or damages suffered by the bearer of this e-voucher arising from or in connection with the loss orusage of the e-voucher.

11. We regret to inform that extra beds/rollaway beds arenot available in the Resort.

12. Maximum occupants allowed are four persons (4) per room.Children below 13 years old stay for free using the existing beddingconfiguration. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

13. Additional person(s) must be declared and registered at the Front Desk upon check-in. Any additional persons above the maximum numberof occupants as per hotel policy is chargeable at the discretion of the Resort.

14. No pets allowed. Cooking in the rooms, outside food& raw food materials, durians, mangosteens, and cooking appliances areprohibited at the Resort.

15. Due to health and safety regulations ,no room decoration by the Resort, or any parties are permitted until further notice.
